I purchased Wuffes Supplements hoping to improve my dog's health, but unfortunately, they caused a bad reaction. My dog experienced a rash and horrible hot spots on 2 occasions. It resulted in vet visits and additional prescriptions. I reached out to their customer service for a refund, as their website claims a satisfaction guarantee, but they refused to honor it since my dog "did not take it for 90 days!!!" I could not give it to him for 3 weeks, much less 90 days!! It's disappointing to see a company that doesn't stand by its product or prioritize customer care. If you're considering these supplements, DO NOT!

I clicked a link to this website through my shop app on Nov 11th 2024, and it had me automatically sign in with my shop account. I was just looking at the sales and added a couple things to my cart to see the discount total, when all of a sudden it said thank you for your order. I contacted the company immediately and they canceled the order. I told them I didn't want any further charges. The assured me there would be no further charges but Today on Dec 11th 2024. I was charged over $40 for a subscription that I never signed up for. I contacted them immediately again and they said I would just have to refuse the package and they would refund when they receive it back. THE PACKAGE HASNT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED YET. ONLY A LABEL HAS BEEN CREATED. I explained this and they were firm on refusing a refund. I looked them up on BBB and they have a C rating and over 100 horror stories very similar to mine as well as terrible reviews regarding their "90 day guarantee", apparently there is some small print there that dosent really mean you can return within 90 days 🙄 . So BUYER'S BEWARE, please go to BBB first before purchasing!!!!

Don't expect to speak with someone there. Customer service is farmed out. Disappointing at best. Wuffes store my card without my authorization and continue sending me products with OUT MY CONSENT and charging, You Still MY MONEY from October 2024 and you do not answer phones Wuffles claims to have a 90-day money back guarantee- this is a SCAM. I honestly trusted this company and had ordered from them on and off for several years , but during my last purchase I had a issue that occurred with billing so I reached back out to them , thinking that I was being scammed by other party . To my surprise it came from wuffes with a very upsetting statement . They had made a error on their end and tried to make it look like I had done something underhanded. Only to find out that wuffes went into my account and charged my bank card not once but twice . YES , two additional charges after I've already been charged, billed , & paid for my initial order . If you've read my first review and the response I received from them you will see where the confusion could have began , and it wasn't from my end . I did exactly the offer said . They still worded their response incorrectly by not stating the offer was for new costumers , and if that is what they had meant to say they should've touched base with me FIRST with a explanation instead of just going into my money and trying and take it . You didn't even try to give the option of returning your mistaken item . How was I to know you'd made the mistake . Nooooooo , you just assumed I was trying to do something underhanded , as I stated previously . If I'm not mistaken , and please correct me if I'm wrong . Isn't this considered stealing ???? I didn't say it was ok to charge my account the additional two times . They never even tried to explain anything until I wrote my 1st review. That's not good business especially since I have a account with you and never had any kind of issue previously . Wuffes...... Shame on you !!!!!! I don't know about the product yet, but their business practices are shady. It makes you do auto subscription, every 30 days, I've already been charged for the next month after 2 weeks and only getting the product 4 days ago. They give you 2 hours to cancel when they email, but they email at 3am, so kinda impossible to cancel. Shady company

My first bottle of the advanced joint liquid ended having sludge at the bottom of the bottle after a few weeks so I would have to use a metal straw to stir it up Yuck! I wanted to give the product a chance so ordered again. When I received my second bottle of their advanced joint liquid and the seal was distended with pressure building beneath it and about to burst. It clearly was a product that had gone bad. I requested a refund and sent them photos. Their customer service would only refund me half the amount and I would have to pay for shipping to get the product back to them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you have a bad product, it should be refunded in full. I'm not sure what's in that sludge that clearly went rotten with my second bottle but I will not be ordering this product again. Buyer Beware! Who knows what's in this stuff that it becomes sludge one time and then goes so bad the second time that pressure from inside the bottle is going to blow off the seal.

Terrible customer services, return policy, warranty policy and product! The product continued to make my dog sick everytime I gave him one so I reached out to customer service for their money back guarantee. However he spoke down to me and told me I needed to keep the product they wouldn’t return it u til exactly 90 days. So if it’s one day before or after they won’t honor it. Total bs DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Wuffles claims to have a 90-day money back guarantee- this is a SCAM. I received my order and before I opened it, asked for a refund (after seeing an ingredient my pet was allergic to). They refused to accept a refund the SAME DAY I received the product, and it was completely sealed. They said I needed to wait 90 days and if I was still unsatisfied, they’d provide me with a refund. Well 90 days later I reach out again, and they REFUSED me a refund again stating my pet “needs to take the product a full 90 days”- which isn’t possible when you order a 1 month supply- AND their promise is that you can get a money back guarantee on ANY edible product if you are NOT SATISFIED, it does not state you need 90 days worth of product. They are scamming with their words, as what they wrote in their guarantee is NOT being honored. I’m contacting better business bureau to let them know about this fraudulent promise. Wuffles- please reach out to respond or refund and show your future customers that you are not lying and scamming people. So far, I’m not convinced! If wuffles does not make this right, I will indeed spread the word with as many people as I can to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
