Contact customer service about an accidental mix up on auto ship orders. Problem was corrected right away and received a refund that was not asked for. Very pleased with the support department.

Although I lost my loving dog Molly back in November I had to share my experience with the Wuffes product. Molly was 14 years old when she passed and I learned about the product more than a year ago, as she aged she was beginning to show signs of her pain and inability to move like she used to. She was a rescue and a Shepard mix, the Wuffes product helped her tremendously, she lived a better quality of life because of this product. I am very grateful for the product and I’m glad I was able to have another year with her before she passed. I will always miss her……

My dog is old, so she will walk like an old dog regardless of what I give her. But she did start walking better and crisper after about a week of using this product. I highly recommend, and their customer service is 2nd to none, as well!
