My dog has a sensitive stomach and had an issue with this product about a month ago. I didn't realize I was on auto ship and received another batch today. I contacted the company to let them know about this. They immediately responded and refunded my money not only for the auto ship, but my original that I bought in the past! I didn't expect them to do that. I had no problem paying for the original purchase and actually feel bad that they refunded that one. This is truly a great company with values second to none. They have other products that I am interested in, so they didn't lose me as a customer. I'm sorry my dog had an issue with Wuffes. I really am. My neighbors dog didn't have a problem with the Wuffes I gave them from my first batch. They said they would purchase in the future. I'm bringing them the rest of my original batch tomorrow and will tell them how amazing this company is to deal with. I'm still in shock! Thank you, Wuffes. 5 stars for being awesome!

I discovered your product in time to avoid a costly and (as it turns out) unnecessary hip procedure on Jethro doodle at 5 years of age and there is no doubt his Wuffes routine helped him better enjoy his next 4 years even though we had to say goodbye to him just before the holidays last year for unrelated medical reasons. His younger buddy Jagger has been receiving Wuffes as a treat since he was a pup, and at almost 100 pounds, sometimes struggles to get up quickly, but is able to jump (on the couch, in the car, etc.) like a pro once he is up and moving. The estimated 5-7K for Jethro's surgery was a concern as I had just retired, I was reluctant to put him through the pain and loss of mobility. Today Jagger is slowly recovering from losing his 'North Star', but is getting around very well for his age and a good portion of the credit goes to Wuffes.

What I like about this product is that it works? I had and she’s gone now a German Shepherd, who had major hip problems. Nothing was working till I found this. It worked until she crossed the bridge. Now that my Rottweiler is starting to feel the aging of her hips I came back to it and yes, it is working just as well. It really helps solve a problem. I can’t say enough about this product it works for us. Thanks for being there proud puppy dad

OTHER COMPANIES Were not as fast. Hard to get a hold of..Sent me stuff I had not ordered and made my credit card go over limit. The told me that they would refund my money and have not gotten it. YOUR PRODUCT WORKED BETTER!!!

My boy was on these for years. He was a senior and had started losing mobility and couldn’t jump up on my bed anymore. These helped him so much. He passed away in 2024, and now my girl is having issues so I decided to start her on these. Customer service was always excellent during the time my boy was using these chews, and I needed them today because I accidentally chose the wrong weight. Absolutely my fault but I thought I would reach out and see if I could fix it, customer service responded immediately and updated my order. I used to forget to turn off my subscriptions too and they always fixed it immediately. I really love this company and appreciate how much these help our babies! Great experience always.

I’m very satisfied with the product .. my dog has shown a remarkable improvement since he has been on the Wuffes chews.My Vet is also pleased with this choice! My dog gets it the first thing in the morning & looks forward to it as a treat! I have to mention the customer service is absolutely fantastic! My 6 year old staffordshire terrier started limping, even My vet can't figure out why. I started her on wuffes in April, so it has been about 2 months. She is more active and playful. I had to contact the company because my first order I ordered the wrong weight. The support team was excellent, they responded to my text quickly and corrected my problem. I will be using wuffes for the rest of my dogs life. Thank you, wuffes for a wonderful product.

Our 8 year old lab started favoring one of her legs. In pretty short time after taking Wuffles she is not 100% but incredibly better and seems much happier and energetic. Thank You!
