I had thought I had stopped my subscription, as my dog had passed away. But apparently this didn’t go through as a cancellation on the web site, and a new order was shipped. Instead of using the website, I called in, and the customer service representative I got, Aranza, was very helpful, professional, and polite. She refunded half the charge immediately, and explained that I should return the order to sender and they would refund the rest. She also cancelled the subscription for me. She was truly wonderful to deal with. As for the product, I gave it to my dog for several years, and he stayed mobile up until he passed away at 23 years of age. The product is nothing short of amazing. My only complaint would be the websites customer service platform. It apparently was not as easy to navigate as it seemed. My suggestion would be to simply call them. The call took me much less time than the website and was much more successful!

over a week ago my dog was not doing good. we were having to lift her back legs up off the floor and hold them while she walked to the back door to go outside. she has been on wuffes advance hip and joint supplements for a week and it is like a complete 180! i didn’t think it would be so fast but we literally were just outside playing and jumping around. when we thought two weeks ago that it may be time to say goodbye soon and now it’s like we have our spunky dog back and we just couldn’t be more grateful.

The Wuffes product is Excellent, I can honestly say that although our Little-Angel Spanky (15 years old) is not cooperative on a daily basis we can really see a difference, it has been almost 2 months since his 1st dose and it has been over 2 years since he was able to jump in and out of the tub by himself or even jump at all and Spanky has been able to go for walks without having to rest or be carried in a wagon. It feels so good to see Spanky feeling better and even trying to jump. We will be getting back to Wuffes.com asap. I 💕 love your advanced hip and joint chews. My dog is thriving on your product. It is great to see him run again! My poor dog Kooper (a rescue dog) was diagnosed with horrible arthritis at just 2 years of age. He was on a daily anti-inflammatory prescription med, Cosequin and aspirin. He was still moving kind of slow and limping often. So I ordered your advance hip and joint chews and it was night and day! Those chews are so easy to give, because they taste so good he thinks he is getting a treat. I was amazed at how quickly I saw a difference. Kooper now takes daily walks and runs at the park with our other dog. I a so glad I found your company that has created such a wonderful product. You have given us our happy pup once again!
