First, they were unable to change my daily delivery address after my move. This went on for a month. Second, since they couldn't deliver the paper, I had to cancel my subscription. After much back-and-forth, they issued a 1/2-year credit. This went on for another month. Third, they then withdrew the pending credit, leaving me no recourse but to post on social media pages about this experience. Whoever these people are, caveat emptor.

Never got any confirmation of the subscription to WSJ !!! VERY BAD EXPIRIENCE with this company !!! As of this date WSJ can not confirm that I paid for one year subscription for the print edition + the Digital.
