Hi Muath! Thanks for your review! Generally we do edit sentence structure where necessary, but it looks like that wasn’t really one of your issues in the document. There were sentence structure edits made in a few sentences, but generally your sentence structure was good!

Hi! Glad you had a generally good experience with our service. Sometimes editors can mistakenly change the meaning of a sentence if they don’t understand its original meaning! When a sentence is unclear, we take our best guess as to what it means and make sure the finished product is in fluent, clear English. If you feel we changed the meaning of part of your document, you can always contact us and we’ll help you say what you need to in clear English.

Thanks for your review! We agree our response time is too slow, one of our biggest goals for the future is to start editing all documents immediately after they've been submitted, and to turn them around within 30 minutes. Right now we average 4-6 hour turnaround times on normal length documents, but it can take up to 24 hours on busier days. We'll keep working to improve the service and make it even better!
