What a pathetic experience
What a pathetic experience. I tried to vote for an article, and then they wanted me to subscribe and that was an endless circle. I would not work with this company or any of the affiliates.

It's so easy to get signed up for the automatic renewing subscription that I didn't even know I did when I read an article on their website. When I went to cancel, it took me an hour to navigate to the hidden customer service contact link. I've requested cancellation and refund, three times now, with no response from the company.

I don't even remember signing up for this subscription. I have gone through the cancellation process twice now. I have turned off the auto-renew option on their website multiple times. Each time I have done this I got a message saying it was "being processed". Despite going through all of this, I am still being charged for the subscription every month. Customer service is totally ignoring my attempts to get in touch. Clicking the "Customer Service" option on their website just logs me out of my account and takes me back to the login page. I want to cancel and I want my money back but they refuse to help. This is a very predatory business.

Their website doesn't allow for cancellation and they don't respond to messages. I had to get my credit card company to reverse their charges. The magazine is okay but their business model is predatory.
