I love the bands but turned off by false advertising!
I love the bands and would probably given 5 stars but I ordered 2 and was support get a 3rd free. I got he two I purchased but not the supposed free one. The invoice had no indication of when I would receive it or if I even would. This is only my second time ordering from this site and if this is an indication of false ads and issues then it will be my last!

Hi Sorry for the confusion, but please read your packing slip and your account. We sometimes need to ship separate packages. Rather delay all of the order we ship separately. The packing slip will say this is a partial shipment and rest will arrive in separate package

Misleading
Misleading, thought I was purchasing a matching strap and watch cover for $26 each. Instead all I got was the watch cover which probably cost them $.50. Do not trust these guys!!!!!

Hi, I’m very sorry for the confusion this might have caused. But we reviewed the title and state that this Case protector only. The image you seen just show which sport strap it would perfectly match too. Also please check email confirmation, the purchase image shown case only and stated you purchased the protective case. We do offer case and strap combo but we would have stated so. Please respond to our earlier message and we can give you the matching strap at a great discount

The glitter came off the first time I put the band on. I wrote to customer service and I could pay $7.99 to return for refund or take a $10 credit towards more of their shoddy merchandise. I should receive a full refund without a return since they asked for a photo.

Watch bands
Nice band and case but product did not come with a resizing tool as advertised. Therefore to take links out I would have to go to a jeweller. I have had a battle with them and haven’t got any satisfaction so have reported to PayPal.
