I received the band it was the wrong size I had to contact support before I could return. I got automated general response . Why couldn’t that be on the website? It states where to return it and there would be a 7.99 restocking fee deducted from my return. I also had only 7 days to return it I am working during business hours and I cannot get to a post office during normal business hours this is not a good practice

One of the straps, the metal piece that goes into the slot of the watch is too long and sticks out of the watch body.
