Turnaround time was good from order to delivery. Worth it!

After scouting for the best watches, I came across this particular company. Of course after much speculation and hesitation, I decided to reach out via WhatsApp. I was then greeted seconds after by a very fine gentleman, Derek. Wow, that man is truly incredible. Response time is crazy impressive, and from talking to me and making things happen, I’d have to say a huge part of this sale was honestly because of how remarkable Derek is and his superb costumer service skills. My watch arrived from overseas within less than a week. Mind blowing if you ask me, and the watch… to die for. Although it’s a bit pricey in regards to obviously a faux, however, the quality, costumer service, and care make up for it. I unfortunately will continue to buy more. RIP my checking balance!

Extremely professional and kind. From the first step, orders to the arrival of the product at the home address, they follow every stage. I would recommend a short course in Wrisova to the employees of the Rolex boutique.

Fantastic communication throughout the process, photos and videos through every step to ensure all was as ordered. Incredible communication and great customer service.
