WP SwingsReviews of wpswings.com

This plugin has multiple names. Gift Cards For WooCommerce Pro is not a gift card plugin at all. It uses coupons within woocommerce. A gift card is like cash, so it's pre-tax. Tax would be applied to the purchase total, not the amount after the gift card was applied. A coupon works differently, it discounts the purchase total and decreases the taxable amount. This created several hours of wasted implementation and cost trying to resolve this issue when I'm finally told that it is a coupon and not a gift card system. I've requested a refund within my 30 day window that they state on their website but have received no refund as of yet but only the request of screen shots of the problems im experiencing when this has already been discussed with their support staff and confirmed that it is indeed a coupon system. As stated again and in response to their reply. They have ignored my request for a refund. The plugin is named Gift card pro, but it is not a gift card plugin, it is a coupon plugin.

I was looking for a subscription plugin and Subscriptions for WooCommerce plugin by WP Swings looked promising. I have reached out to the support and they confirmed the features I am looking for are available in this plugin. I have purchased it with 10% discount code, next day I tried to install it, it didn't work. I contacted the support again and reported that, they fixed it in less than 24 hours. I was surprised to see a 40% discount code, so I asked the support if they can give me that discount as I still didn't use it and it's less than 24 hours, I found it unfair. He asked me to leave a review and he will work on giving me the better discount. I shared my positive experiece with the support so far via the initial review. After installing the plugin, I found out it is not compatible with other plugins I am relying on, so I reached out to the support again and requested cancellation and refund, no response. I tried to send them again and by email, no luck. They turned their face as soon as they had the money and a positive review, which I had to report and cencel. Those people do not worth your money. Avoid at any cost.

Unfortunately, the developers have sold a non-functioning plugin. The support emails are then answered by 5 different people who have no idea about the actual problem. There is no money back either, although nothing worked properly. Thanks for nothing

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Hired them and paid $600 USD for a custom project, they delivered it half-complete and said it would take another $400 USD to finish the project, which I reluctantly paid. It always took their team 2-3 days to respond and would always be a new person responding who wasn't aware of what the status was with the project. Once "finished" their custom built plugin didn't work as promised or required, when I asked for a refund they ghosted me. Don't work with these criminals.

I paid for a customization on my site in September 2022; the team was accessible and friendly (I wanted their subscription plugin to work with a product customization plugin). I told them I had a small budget of $200. They offered for me to pay $350 and said they would refund $150 after seeing my business progress, confirming they wanted to establish a real long-term relationship with me. They indicated that the development would take 2-3 days. I trusted them completely, so I paid $350 plus $100 for the Pro version of the plugin. A year later, here's the situation: They never managed to get PayPal working properly. I have problems with orders every month because some subscription payments are not transmitted to Stripe. There are also errors when certain orders trigger failed payments. For a year, I exchanged dozens of emails with support for various issues, each time they repaired and manually relaunched the erroneous orders but never corrected the root of the problem because it's still unstable. Today, more than a year has passed, subscription errors are still present, and they now refuse to correct the problems. Why? Because the one-year support period has passed! So, despite being entirely responsible for the various issues on my site, they no longer act. I am thus losing money, losing customers because they have never been able to do their job correctly. Never! Moreover, while they treated me as an exceptional and important client (they even wanted to feature my site in their section dedicated to large clients), they never refunded the $150 despite my reminders and are now asking me to pay $75 to manually relaunch an order (which didn't work because of their fault, I remind you), without assuring me a new period of support afterwards. My testimony is primarily to alert future clients who want custom customization for their site; go elsewhere. Today, I am disappointed and especially disgusted by this company that has not done its job and has lied to a young startup. I want to clarify that I have absolutely all the emails in my possession to prove everything I say.

As some others have mentioned, do not trust this site. Firstly I am a software engineer by trade. Purchased the post purchase upsell but they are trying to send peoples credit card info over API. This is EXTREME bad practice and stripe instantly start sending me emails when they saw this. Stripe also flagged this on the website itself. This is such a huge deal that I immediately ask for a refund. No, the 30 day guarantee does not mean anything. They will only refund if they cant fix and you better believe their responses to your claim and slow and ignorant. Im down 50 euro but you dont need to be. Not to be trusted!!

They stated a 30 day money back guarantee on their website, but they refused to refund purchase after we had serious compatibility issues with their payment plugin and others on our site. It had only been 6 days since purchase when we requested refund and were flatly denied multiple times. Would NOT recommend doing business with WP Swings.

I bought the plugin a while ago. But new problems kept on appearing, it has a lot of flaws. The support was mostly worthless, and all basic features that you would expect, needed to be implemented by them for you, which would cost an extra amount of money. After a lot of talking with support and without any solutions, the money back period had passed. So I would recommend paying a little more for another plugin, which already had most of the basic features that are necessary in the plugin you use. You are better of paying a little more for a plugin
