WP Swings has been excellent to work…
WP Swings has been excellent to work with from start to finish. We’ve completed multiple custom WooCommerce projects with their team and overall the experience has been smooth, professional, and stress free. Their communication and follow-up are honestly one of the biggest advantages compared to many developers we’ve worked with in the past. They respond quickly, stay patient throughout revisions, and make sure everything is properly dialed in before considering a project complete. We’ve used them for complex rewards systems, custom WooCommerce modifications, and multiple customer-facing projects, and they’ve consistently been reliable with timelines and support. Overall very happy with the experience and we plan to continue working with them on future projects.

issue with return notifications not being sent
I had an issue with return notifications not being sent after updating the plugin, which was likely caused by a conflict with some custom functionality. The support team at WP Swings responded quickly and requested access to investigate the problem in detail. After providing the necessary access, their technical team identified and fixed the issue within a short time, and the plugin started working properly again, including email notifications. Overall, a solid support experience with a good outcome!
