Very good response with the last team…
Very good response with the last team member. He provided a new password quite swiftly, and i was able to log into WP Swings to set up Subscriptions for Woo Commerce Pro

Great support via chat for the PDF…
Great support via chat for the PDF Generator product. I suggested that they allow the license to be both on the Production site and 1 Dev site, so we don't have to switch back and forth.

I had a problem with payment gateways…
I had a problem with payment gateways not being accepted in the subscriptions for woo commerce plugin by wp swings. Ishant resolved my issues with ease and was very patient and kind the whole time. Give this man a big raise. He represents this company well. Thanks again Ishant!
