We use the subscription plugin. Contrary to the advertising and documentation, the sale of bundled products is not compatible. Only the base price of a product is displayed, that is not "compatibility". Bundle items are not included in recurring orders in terms of number or price, which makes the plugin completely useless. In many other places, the advertised features are not nearly as functional as expected. Support then quickly tries to sell additional programming.

Shady activity, no refund and bad customer support. Before I first paid the Subscriptions For WooCommerce Pro, I was always getting emails and communications from wp swings. The day I'bought the licence they have never contacted me. So I completely forgot that I bought this plugin and didn't use it. Until last week when I saw that I was charged 129$ by this company. I had no Idea that they saved my paiement informations and they charged me without my knowledge. I asked for a refund, and of course, they started replying strangely for a few days and when I insisted about refund, they changed the tone and refused to refund. I'm a little bit surprised about the positive reviews but scammers have their ways to make themselves a good image. Be aware and do not waste your time or your mony with wp swings.

Bought their subscription plugin, it worked fine but lacked some functionality, requested a refund within 15 minutes of purchasing, they asked for money for customization on what is considered a basic part of subscriptions, I requested a refund and they have stopped replying.

Bad customer support, charged my after one year and refused to refund, were rude and unrpofessional, even didnt know how to cancel the subscription. Not recommended. They even stop talking to you on chats and leave you without answered questions.

Il manquait des options à mon Plug-in et la page de paiement ne marchait pas (problématique pour une site qui fait de la vente en ligne), j'ai contacté l'équipe pour obtenir leur aide et ils ont été très réactifs SAUF QUE : ils ne savaient pas comment accéder à mon wordpress, ils ont fait du code sur mon site qui a tout fait buguer, le prix des articles apparaissait doublé dans le panier, les 3/4 des pages ne s'affichaient plus... J'ai mis des semaines à tout corriger, et aujourd'hui après des moins à insister ils refusent de me rembourser, me font tourner en bourrique, alors que je remplis toutes les conditions de remboursement. Ils me ghostent ou me disent qu'ils peuvent intervenir pour solutionner le problème sauf que... je n'ai plus confiance et je n'ai pas le temps de prendre ce risque. Encore une boite qui est super tant qu'on n'a aucun problème. Pour ma part, c'est une énorme déception.

I have tried to cancel my WPSwings subscription pro plugin because I do not like or want to use there plugin. I paid for the pro version over $100 and asked for a refund. The only way they give refunds is if there is a problem with the plugin and they can't fix it. There is NOTHING wrong with the plugin I have chosen to go a different route. I haven't even had it a month which most every other plugin developer gives or offers a 30 days return. WPSwings does not so SAVE your money! It's a BIG HASSLE.

I have spent 3 weeks fighting with this company over their refund policy. I purchased their PDF plugin and they state that it is fully integrated with ACF fields which is is not. The image field just rendered the post ID, it did not support repeater fields and the list goes on. When I requested the refund, they offered to fix the issue. They did fix the image issue but there are no intuitive ways to size the image. They say to use CSS but there is no way to target the markup because I can't see the markup. The repeater field is still not working correctly. I have asked for a refund at least 12 times and each time they say, "our plugin developers will fix it". This has gone one for 3 weeks and I'm still not able to use the plug and they still won't send the refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They will post here like other posts and say that they have fixed the issues but they have not. I'm happy to share the email thread with anyone who asks just to show how ridiculous this company is. If the plugin works for you out of the box then you're lucky. If not, then you're screwed. This company cannot be trusted.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Despite their clear Return Policy, they refused to honor it when I requested a refund for a problem they were unable to fix in due time. If you’re considering doing business with them, be aware that if something goes wrong, you will likely be unable to get a refund. I hope my experience serves as a warning to others. I would not recommend this company due to their untrustworthy and deceitful practices.
