I purchased the "Upsell Order Bump Offer" plugin from WPSwings, expecting it to offer upsell and cross-sell features directly on the landing page — ideally with a pop-up box, as their site led me to believe. Unfortunately, this key functionality was missing, which made the plugin useless for my needs. I kindly contacted their support to request a full refund and asked them to deactivate the plugin. That’s when the problems began. The support team responded vaguely, saying they needed to “verify with the technical team,” and then went completely silent, ignoring multiple follow-up messages. After days of waiting, they finally replied only to say that I would not receive any refund — no explanation, no help, just a “tough luck” attitude. Their so-called refund policy is a sham. They make promises on the website that they clearly have no intention of keeping. After doing more research, I found many similar negative experiences from other users online. If you search thoroughly, you’ll see them too. Avoid WPSwings at all costs — unprofessional service, misleading product descriptions, and zero customer support.

Ready to get ripped off? WP Swings is for you. I had 2 logins. I didn't want to renew my subscription. I emailed them DAYS in advance saying I wanted to cancel, then they assured me it was cancelled. I even forwarded the email with the subscription. They renewed it 1 hour after I told them it was under a different account. I immediately canceled. I was then given the runaround for 3 more days with one person saying they would refund, another saying they wouldn't another saying "rest assured we will refund." After seeing they hadn't refunded I emailed and they told me there was no refunds. Check all the 1 star reviews. They are all like this. The 5 star reviews, I truly believe are fake and all from India where they are located. Try to find their US location. It doesn't exist. They are liars and greedy greedy thieves. They would rather have bad reviews and steal your money than do the right thing. UPDATE: Since I left this review they are NOW offering me a full refund: Hello, As said we have now discussed with the team and we can refund you on special level only for you in this case, I am again confirming you want a refund for the renewal that happened for the subscription plugin If yes, share me license key of order no of that subscription order or plugin, I will initiate refund. (ALREADY GAVE THEM BOTH OF THESE MULTIPLE TIMES) Also, please remove all the reviews you have on every platform, once removed, update me, I will verify its removed than I will refund. Terrible customer service and the company does not honor it's refund policy. The plug-in did not meet my needs, it was very slow to load and overall just wasn’t very good. The problem is that I requested a refund within the 30 day window, but the company won’t cooperate. They keep asking me what I don’t like about the plug-in, over and over until I just give up, but that doesn’t work for me. All of this back and forth over $53. I am now successfully using a competitor's plugin, UpsellWP, and recommend that anyone reading this purchase that plugin instead for upselling, cross-selling, and add-on campaigns for WooCommerce. UpsellWP has provided me with outstanding customer service and even provided a custom code snippet to help me create a bundle upgrade, I highly recommend them! I've never posted on Trustpilot before, but now I see that other people have the same complaints regarding customer service and plugin performance. Do yourself a favor and find another company to buy from.

The customer support from WP Swings is really disappointing. After multiple issues with their plugin, my support tickets went unanswered for weeks. When responses finally arrived, they were unhelpful templates that didn't address my specific problems. Their support team seems clueless about their own products and couldn't troubleshoot basic functionality. The promised 24/7 support is completely misleading - I waited days for assistance during critical website issues. For a paid plugin, this level of customer service is simply unacceptable.

Staff are so rude, the plugin doesn't work with my website. No cart no payment options. They tried to blame me and tell me that I have done it wrong and its all my fault. DO NOT BUY any plugins from theses scammers.

Subscription plugin does not work as intended on our woo-commerce website, WP Swings technical team could not fix it after wasting a lot of time. They did not acknowledge the plugin was not working properly and did not offer refund. It was like talking to birds. Be aware. We had to delete it from our website and purchase somewhere else.

This is such an annoying company. I have tried to use their loyalty plug-in on my website, tried the free version and then I just keep receiving email from them saying that I have some points soon to be expired. It is so harassing that you will receive emails with nowhere to UNSUBSCRIBE. I am so angry that I went here to leave a comment for the first time in my life. Just imagine how furious your customers would be if you use this way to 'touch' them. I contacted their support team and someone did come up to me, BUT, nothing is fixed. My experience/advice to you is DO NOT ever use their plugin, don't even try the free version. I don't want to sound like some hot-head angry customer, so I came back here to provide some follow-up to clarify: 1. I have uninstalled your plugin and NO LONGER a user, yet I still receive your marketing emails every 3 days with NO WHERE to unsubscribe. This is just unbelievable, I cannot believe/imagine a professional company would set up their marketing emails without a subscription button. 2. I have contacted your support team and submitted a ticket. Yes, someone reached out to me. I give your support team my information and enough time to make things right. But it has been more than a month, yet NOTHING fixed.
