Functional, effective and great support.
Needed a good, functional subscription plugin to sell multiple quantities of various items on a recurring payment. WP Swings Subscriptions for Woocommerce had the best valued plugin available and offered all of the functionality that I needed. Ishant from their support was extremely helpful. He ran me through all of the product features and their refund policy and made me feel comfortable enough buying the plugin, then assisted with various quesitons that I had during setup. I didn't need to ask any questions as it was all in the knowledge base; but I jumped the gun and messaged support the moment that I had questions instead of reading. Ishant was cool about this and happily helped.
