Response time was amazingly fast
Response time was amazingly fast. Even though there were a few hiccups AND I was running around all day and couldn’t respond to their updates and questions as quickly as I would have liked, they were still able answer my questions and fix my issue in under 24 hours. For a free plugin, what more could you ask for?*thumbs up*

I encountered a translation problem…
I encountered a translation problem with some words and sentences in Dutch when using the Ultimate Gift Cards For WooCommerce WordPress plugin by WP Swings. With Dutch speaking/reading customers this could result in a lost sale. Luckily the contacted support engineer @ WP Swings provided me with a solution which solved my problem! Best Regards, Michel

Complicated plugin but good support
I found the plugin setup quite complicated, knowing which fields and extra fields to add to the feeds. Then had lots of issues trying to sync the data from Woo to QBO. The support team were great, though: they investigated my site, discovered the issue and cleaned up my feeds. My advice: DON'T use colons in your product names (or certain other characters probably too), as QuickBooks doesn't recognise them and all hell breaks loose! I had to purge all the company data twice and start again. Thanks to support for resolving this for me.
