Purchased WP Swings Subscription Pro Plug in which promised ability for a subscription plug in of variable products. I installed the plugin and moved my subscribers over to the site from Paypal. BIG MISTAKE trusting these people. First, know that they work out of INDIA and you will have to obtain any type of advanced support overnight if you live in the US. Second, the plug in added a second Paypal button to my site, confusing my customers, and then didn't even work well with Paypal. When I tried to work with them on this they asked me for my log in credentials to the back of my WP and otherwise couldn't help me if I didn't. I ended up creating a subdomain to keep them from having access to finances at which time they told me simply to upgrade my plug in and again didn't work. I am now thousands of dollars out of pocket and no one will actually fix the issue. So I'm back to finding another plug in that will actually work and asking my customers to transition over again. DO NOT BUY!

I bought this module with the hope of quickly solving a simple online rooms accommodation site, but without success. Although it seems simple and easy to use, the module has functionality problems. Error example: I have 3 products/rooms, newly added and configured as explained in the documentation, if the visitor clicks on search to see which rooms are available in a certain period, it doesn't give you any results, or it shows you 1 product or 2 products or zero. If the search period by date is e.g. start date July 20 and end date September 6, you will not have any product. I do not recommend.

I had a great experience with the free plug in. Unfortunately, after upgrading to the Pro plug-in, it didn't work and had many problems. I tried speaking to support back and forth for over a week, they insisted on having my log in details and didn't fix any of the issues. They then refused to refund me under their own "30 day money back guarantee". Update 1: I have made it clear in many correspondence with them that I would like a refund, in accordance with their 30 day money back guarantee. They will not acknowledge the refund request, and instead start talking about something else. I will update again in a week.

How they get the 4.8 stars a real mistery. The support is never guilty of the dysfunctionement of their plugin. I have the longest email thread and the weakest support answers

This company is very unprofessional. They offer a vague 30 day money back guarantee that is impossible to avail of unless you dispute the charge. I proceeded to do this providing all evidence to my credit card company and won the case. This was for a paid plugin, but we were also using one of their free plugins and as soon as we won the dispute they blocked us from using the free plugin that they offer without notifying us about this. It just goes to show that they provide you with a fake promise with their 30 day money back guarantee to lure you into purchasing from them but thankfully the payment processors were able to make a fair decision on the dispute. I would recommend all who are having issues with their plugin to dispute the charge within the 30 day window and you'll 100% win the case. It's a pity that this company messes with their customers like this and is so short sighted. They won't be around for long with all the disputes and cases that they receive on their payment processors. A recommendation would be to stop promising a 30 days money back guarantee if it's not something your will to enforce because you are doing much worse for your company than good!

I was fooled by the positive (and possibly fake, considering most of them are from 5 years ago) reviews here and bought this plugin. Support is a joke, no matter how well you explain the problem it takes 3-4 emails to get to someone competent who understands your issue. In my case, after discovering that their order identification form considers the "email" field as being case sensitive, they wanted me pay an extra 70-80 USD to correct this bug. Furthermore, the product return and exchange form is not mobile friendly, it looks like a web page made in the 90s. All of the above should be put alongside the fact that the version of the plugin sold here is far, far behind the one sold on the wpswings page.

BE CAREFUL ! They will steal your money. Their 30 day return policy is totally FALSE. They will never refund you. I bought the RMA plugin, their plugin doesn't suit me and they don't want to refund me. Thieves, that's what you are. Pay via PAYPAL, so you can get reimbursed via litigation. I got had. EDIT : Their policy says : "Our team will try to resolve the issue first, and if we are unable to do so. We shall then initiate your refund requisition." I send screens, videos, and you didn't manage to solve the issue so REFUND ME ! It's not a customization, it's a WORDPRESS DEFAULT BEHAVIOUR. You are dishonest, that's all.

Now that I am seeing some reviews on this site, I now know I'm not alone. I requested a refund after removing their products that don't work correctly and they refused to do so after weeks of back and forward with them, even though they did state at the beginning that would refund me within 30 days. Their plugins seem to work at first but there's small signs of big issues. For example, they store customer's credit card info within your wordpress app rather than allowing Stripe to handle this data. UPDATE: In reply to the below reply: I have not been asking for any custom work. After purchasing and realizing the full capabilities were not there and the way they handle CC data is not how we want to do business, I have simply been asking for a refund. However, WP Swings "support" continues to pivot that to me stating I want customer work. Sooo annoying! I just want a refund and for my license to be removed. They haven't responded to my last three emails however they have had to issue responding to this....
