This is a scam! Beware: my elderly parents got scammed when they signed up, thinking they were signing up for another website, but they were redirected instead. They never meant to learn anything. We asked for a refund, but they refused.

J’ai découvert une facturation liée à wpguidey.com, un site que je ne connaissais pas. Il est possible que j’aie été redirigée vers ce site en pensant acheter autre chose. Je n’avais pas l’intention de souscrire à leur service ni conscience d’accepter un abonnement récurrent. Selon leur service client, l’inscription a eu lieu le 11 octobre 2026. J’ai demandé l’annulation et le remboursement dès la découverte du débit, le 13 octobre. Je n’ai jamais utilisé ce service. L’entreprise a confirmé l’annulation de l’abonnement et l’absence de nouvelles facturations, mais refuse le remboursement en invoquant un essai de 24 heures transformé en abonnement payant. Malgré plusieurs échanges et mes explications concernant cette erreur, aucune solution de remboursement ne m’a été proposée. Je trouve ce traitement de ma réclamation inacceptable et demande le remboursement intégral des sommes débitées.

This is absolutely outrageous. First, a supposedly small €0.01 charge is made, after which Apple Pay is apparently manipulated in such a way that everything appears to happen automatically. Then, it turns out that a subscription has supposedly been taken out, and the very next day another €50 is charged without clear consent. The fact that this can happen is completely unacceptable. It shows how Apple Pay can be misused in this way and that consumers are apparently not adequately protected against these kinds of practices. A €50 payment should never be processed without the customer knowingly and clearly giving consent to a subscription. The amount is now being disputed and reclaimed through ING. In my opinion, this is a serious warning sign that Apple and the parties involved urgently need to improve their security measures and controls to prevent this kind of abuse.

I decided to try out a few of their video tutorials and was able to build my first site after going through a handful of them. It felt good to finally get it done without any coding knowledge and see everything working properly on my own.
