WPFeedback has erroneously charged us for the last 4 years!!! We have to go to our credit card company every year and dispute it to get reimbursed for charges we didn't approve. This bogus company continues to charge us every year even though it's reversed every time! Strongly recommend NOT doing business with this company!

Vito is a real enthusiast of the wp community and achieved to create such a great value in such a short period of time. I’m super excited to check what’s coming next and I highly recommend WP feedback for all the agencies looking for a feedback tool to use with their customers.
