The program I downloaded didn't work right after I bought the key. I followed the right steps but I guess since the key did give me access because I purchaced it I am not able to get a refund. Won't use that program again! Thanks a lot.

It says my activation code expired and I just purchased it. I am very frustrated. This company is a SPAM and nobody should purchase anything from them. They sell fake/expired access codes.
