Hello Amjad, we are sorry to hear that you are not satisified with the Directory membership. However, a quick email to customer support first would have resolved any problems or issues you may have while you are still continuing to use the membership today, In fact, we show that you have continued to submit to and contact suppliers today. Which is confusing and alarming. There are no records that indicte you have ever contacted us through email, chat or phone and that is concerning that you would submit a "review" without even contacting customer support first. Because not only is our reputation being questioned, but all of the legitimate suppliers we list in the Directory are being questioned. None of us, that's us here at Worldwide Brands plus all of the listed suppliers...we haven't done anything wrong. We verify the legitimacy of every supplier that we list. They are all either the manufacturer or factory authorized distributor of the products that they offer and we guarantee that. Our members search the Directory and find suppliers that they want to work with, and then contact those suppliers directly for account setup and wholesale/dealer prices and then continue to work with those suppliers directly. By working with suppliers directly, you keep all the profits because there is no middleman price increase or additional fees. Which is in our opinion, the best way to work with suppliers. Owning that relationship is so important for the livelihood of your business. However, we also understand that our Directory membership is not for everyone and that is why we have a refund policy. Your account membership has been refunded and the membership access has been closed. An email to customer support would have resulted in the same action in response to protect our listed suppliers.

Hi Kayla, I'm happy to help! I'm sorry to learn that you haven't received any replies. What email address are you sending to? If you look at our other reviews, you will see that our customer service is outstanding and we reply quicky and efficiently. I searched our email records and I could only find one email addressed to someone with the name Kayla. The email was sent to us and replied to last year in August of 2022. I do not see any recent purchases or communication in 2023 with the name Kayla or any emails addressed to us from someone named Kayla this year, so I do not understand what the situation may be that you need assistance with. I have clicked and looked at all the membership purchases back to 2008 with the name Kayla and none are located in Canada so I cannot confirm if you are a member or not without more information to find your membership account. We also do not know how you are attempting to contact us, but we can always be reached at [email protected] or [email protected] We recommend to send to both addresses! OR, while on our site, you will see a CHAT WITH US or a LEAVE A MESSAGE type graphic on the bottom right of our site. Click that to send us a message. We receive messages and respond every single day to members and non-members alike.

We are sorry but perhaps you are confusing us with another company you may have purchased something else from. While we did receive your request for refund and responded yesterday and refunded the account, we did not receive any communication on this matter from you until your email a few days ago. Then after around 20 minutes of receipt of that email, you posted a negative review on our company stating we have taken over a week to respond to you. It simply isn't true. Responding quickly is something we take pride in and we do so always. Regarding your statement about good suppliers, our directory is the largest of its kind and is the only 100% genuine certified wholesale directory. And we have been in business longer than any other company in this space (21+ years). Keep in mind, these days, suppliers are busier than ever and persistence is key in connecting with them. This is not expected to be an overnight endeavor as you will want to methodically plan your steps in building your business.
