Browsing through the directory for specific items, I found many suppliers listed in the search results, but for a few of them I could not find the items I was looking for listed under the Product Types. This confused me, so I emailed Customer Support and asked why these suppliers appeared in the search results. Luna got back to me in less than a day with answers to all of my questions. Luna pointed out that I'd either missed the item under Product Types, or found an error in their information, which they then corrected.
