I hadn't used my membership in about ten years. I had forgotten my username and password. I contacted support for assistance. I really didn't think they would be able to help, but, I was wrong. Mindy, a support team member got back to me within hours. She was able to find my membership information and provide me with my user name and a new password. I'm back in the game. Perhaps a small matter, but was unable to login to my account. Within a few hours of contacting support, I had a mail back confirming that I had changed my password. I had forgotten that I had changed it also, hadn't made a note of the new one. I appreciated the quick and courteous response from Luna (Support team) Terence
