I used WorldTravelSim (aka Ace Telecomm) for several years with mediocre results. Two years ago Frank (the only person I have ever talked to there) told me I had to buy a new SIM to use 3G and 4G. Ok, but the ordering section on the web site would only let me get the SIM if I also bought $25 of air time, even though I still had $24 of air time left. I asked Frank to remove that charge, he did not. He also promised that the SIM Card would work in French Polynesia. It did not. Recently I have called and emailed multiple times to renew my US number (which expires after 60 days) but I have had no response. In less than two weeks my $49 of time will "expire" - that is, be stolen from me - because I have not made a call in 2 years. But Frank will not give me a new number, so I cannot make a call. This is just dishonest. Stay away from this company, they have gone from just mediocre outright fraudulent.

We had used this company for a SIM card when we went to Asia, some 5 years ago. We're going back there and we need to renew our phone numbers with them and so we called. And called. And called again. No return phone calls. Are they even in business anymore?
