I bought tickets to a Bruno Mars concert at MetLife for 8/22/2026 concert and never received the transfer into my Ticketmaster account. I tried contacting them a week prior to the concert and they kept assuring me that I will receive my ticket and to wait until 7 PM, when the concert starts, to request a refund. I never received my ticket nor received a refund. This company is dishonest at the core

I booked a 2 night getaway for my sons birthday through Working Advantage. 1st of all, be careful when placing your order. The price will increase tremendously when taxes and fees are added at check out, despite the initial price saying total price. I tried to cancel my order immediately by closing the page but unfortunately I didn't know the price increased until I clicked place order. I paid nearly $1000 for a place that slept 8 people. When I checked in, I was given a place that slept 6 people. I was told by the resort that since I booked through a third party, I would have to contact them. Working Advantage was absolutely no help at all with helping with being placed in the accommodations I paid for or some type of credit for not getting what I paid for. I usually use AirBnB for all my travelling accommodations and I have NEVER had an issue with them. I wish I would have read more reviews before booking anything with Working Advantage. I will also be complaining to my company who offers this as a perk. This company is dishonest and is not interested in righting their wrong. I will NEVER use or even suggest this platform again. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND USE ANOTHER SERVICE OR BOOK DIRECTLY.

They are stating they're giving a certain percentage off, so that way you don't have to pay full price, which is okay. BUT, their prices that they show for example the Microsoft 2024 for home edition, they're stating AFTER THE 52% OFF YOU ONLY PAY $119. And states there that it is 52% off, that is not true. If you go to the ACTUAL Microsoft web page and buy the Microsoft 2024 office home edition, it is $179.99, and if you take 52% off of that, the total price will be $86.40, not the $119. That is not good.

Watch out for bait and switch pricing and charges and site will obstruct from canceling when you figure it out. Made a hotel booking was advertised w/all fees 1014 and change clicked book now opens page w/breakdown showing total/subtotal 1014 saying 922 and change would be charged now and remaining 92.25 would pay at hotel but after confirming booking the confirmation letter said my card was charged 1065.27 and hotel pay 92.25 with new total 1157.27. The cxl policy said I had till 12am to cancel and was 1030pm but the site would not let me cancel. They weren't open to call so I called the next day and even though it was obvious they charged my card an unauthorized amount and breached the booking amount I agreed they refused to cancel and refund quoting the cxl policy even though I told I tried to cancel immediately but the website wouldnt let me. Terrible customer service and try to say you need to contact the vendor but the vendor says they need to contact them and they need to cancel and refund since they have your money.
