I was unhappy in an underpaid and undervalued government career of 18years. I watched and studied Sho’s content over a period of 3-4months. I approached a local company for a job- they saw value in my skills set and ended up creating a company for me to head up. Sho’s content was key to enabling I demonstrated my capabilities strongly and effectively negotiate a solid salary and commission structure. Highly recommend!

Sho is awesome! He speaks to you like a real person and gives you honest feedback and great insight. I was looking to transition into a new field and his program and tools helped identify transferable skills and translate them into a relevant resume. The direct feedback, live session discussions and Q&A, and easily accessible and reviewable material add further value. While you may be able to find bits and pieces throughout YouTube, social media, and the internet at large, having all of this in one place is invaluable.
