WorkhapReviews of workhap.com

I wasn’t very confident heading into my previous job hunt cycle, but I was following Workhap’s instagram and started listening to Sho’s (free!) advice. I began with some cold outreaches using his recommended template and started getting interviews. I followed his advice on how to word my responses and had a couple of rounds of interviews with multiple companies. After getting into final rounds with some companies, I finished with Sho’s advice on negotiations and ended with with a 15% increase in my salary!! In short, Workhap helped me get my next role and I couldn’t have done it without his generous feedback and support! I highly recommend Sho if you find yourself in a similar situation as I was in a couple of months ago!

I highly recommend Workhap! After months of applying to jobs and not getting anywhere, I stumbled upon Workhap. I started using his tips and advice for how to better communicate my qualifications in my application materials and in interviews, and after only a few weeks I had multiple job offers that not only equated to significant raises but were all at companies that I was excited to work for. Despite being the exact same candidate with the same skillset, having that inside knowledge of how to better represent myself made all the difference. Thank you, Workhap!

I would like to thank you sho and his team, they helped me in many ways. To teach ehst to do? How to do? In job serch.

Extremely helpful, the resume helped me getting my dream internship and I'll definitely take courses later too

Sho is extremely knowledgeable and kind! He gave excellent advice, which helped me land my new position! He continued to check up on me after starting my new position to answer any questions and see how I was doing. I would highly recommend working with Sho!

Thank you to workhap for their interview tips and encouragement to negotiate. I negotiated for the first time and received a job offer that pays 28% more after negotiation 😃

Sho shared immensely valuable and actionable advice, helping me through the ambiguity of the hiring process. I learned a lot from Sho on how to effectively leverage LinkedIn and reach out to recruiters. Without Sho sharing his experience and insight on networking, I would have never gotten my offer from Google. I sincerely appreciate Sho for being so helpful and thoughtful.

Sho is a person who offers valuable concrete insight and advice and is a marvelous person to explore solutions with on a deeper level. I personally came knocking on his door for insight into how I can be successful in a future L&D career. He took my pondering of how I could achieve better outcomes and transformed it into solutions that would assist me at the moment and on a long-term scale. The guidance he imparted to me was not ambiguous but impactful and tangible, with a practical goal I could reach. He also advised the specific types of opportunities I should look for to gain experience and become confident in what I lack. Sho also graciously put into perspective the hand-in-hand relationship L&D has with analysis and the importance of analyzing issues effectively to best support clients not only in the moment but to ensure the impact of what Workhap has done would remain after leaving the scene. L&D for Workhap is an improvement that lasts and is a goal I too wish to impart in my future career. Thank you, Sho, for your time and welcoming personality towards my questions and eagerness to provide solutions that would aid me now and in the future.
