I knew Sho through a friend of a friend so right off the bat, it gave me a sense of credibility. I was in the GHA program this year. Let me start off by saying I had my doubts for online programs that are like couple months because I was not a believer in change happening in short periods of time. BUT I WAS WRONG!!! GHA taught me SO much in a span of couple months. And after the program, I not only got one but THREE amazing job offers (all for the top companies on my list) and I had a huge salary increase! I cannot thank Sho and his team enough for everything bit of detail and care that was built into the program. Thank you Workhap!

Have to stop by and leave my sincere thanks to Workhap. Been following the page for a little while and finally I feel like I have proper guidance on how to step up in my career, navigate the job market and interact with recruiters/hiring people. After following their tips, I got two job offers for the role I had been trying to get for over 2 years. Thanks guys, you’re awesome 🙏❤️

I first learned about Workhap and Sho through social media and loved his videos, but it wasn't until I wanted to switch careers from data to design that I sought out his help through GHA!! I would highly recommend GHA to anyone looking to switch careers or just looking for guidance and insight during the job search because it can most certainly be a frustrating process. Sho is such a genuine guy who loves to help people out and cares deeply for the people he works with. Working with Sho was definitely a confidence booster - he helped me improve my interview skills and taught me how to leverage the skills from my old career into my new one. He shone a light on skills that I didn't think were relevant or worth mentioning and changed the way I viewed the whole job interview process. GHA was a game-changer for me and I highly HIGHLY recommend working with Sho :)

I'm ever so grateful to have discovered Sho and his GHA program. I landed a job and got a 50% salary increase due to this! Before joining GHA, I was really lost and hadn't had much luck in the job hunt process. Mainly due to confidence issues and just don't know how to best present my abilities. The program is comprehensive and foolproof, it has all materials and guidance you need from shifting into the right mindset to salary negotiations. Asides from being a great career coach, Sho is like a therapist, it really helps you go into the core of the problem, and teaches you how to overcome the limiting beliefs that are preventing you from getting your dream job. Thank you again, Sho and Workhap team for making me believe that it is possible 💪❤️

Excellent content to help you find your worth. Helped me land a job making over 35% more than my previous base salary. Highly recommend!

Sho’s knowledge, understanding, and experience in the industry has helped restart my career, especially on my interview process and salary negotiations. I had been looking for jobs and going through a couple of interviews when I came across his content. They proved to be incredibly useful and helpful as I finally started moving forward with my applications. I eventually received an offer I was happy with and successfully negotiated a 20% increase in my base salary thanks to Sho’s tips and advice. Very grateful to Sho for sharing his expertise.

Sho and his team are both amazing! I learned so much from GHA (Get Hired Academy) and was able to land my dream role. I utilize the knowledge from GHA and applied it towards my job search/ career goals. The beauty of GHA is that you can utilize it no matter how much or how less experience you have. Going from teaching aboard to landing a job where I'm interested in was a huge plus. I truly appreciate the experience the program gave me and being able to work with a team of equally hungry fellow GHA students.

Sho and the Workhap team have been such an important part of my career pivot and the reason how I got to where I am today! I did something I didn’t think I could do. I landed TWO roles after working with Sho! I pivoted from healthcare to recruiting and landed my first role at a small recruiting boutique. After coaching and thinking through what the team taught me, I realized this role didn't fulfill my wants and needs. I decided to leave the company, and landed a role at a top tech company the same week using the skills and techniques I've learned from Sho. I'm currently still with this company and happy that I am. The care and sincerity they put into their program was exceptional. Sho made it so easy to talk to him and gave great direction so that we can write our own career journey. It was a good balance between guidance and self-accountability. I’m so happy I got to be a part of the program!
