Workfront is a tool with so many features and options; it offers so many ways to customize it for your company's needs. With regular communication and many opportunities to improve the software, Workfront's reps are great to talk to, and the community is excited about the possibilities within the tool.

The Workfront project management solution is an amazing product, but even if it weren't, the Workfront customer service team is amazing. From initial purchase through the implementation cycle through year 2 and beyond support, I feel like I'm taken care of as a partner in the product.

The team at workfront are always friendly and helpful. the online training is fantastic. The tool itself works for my team who are managing multiple projects with dispersed teams of employees and vendors. Everyone can see their tasks and the kanban boards are very user-friendly.
