Overall, a very good product! We wish the Agile functionality was a little more seamless and user friendly. We love the ability to combine project work and other work together, and the request forms are a big hit at our organization.

Great tool. As a new PMP, I find Workfront invaluable for meeting my needs to align PMI methodology with managing projects. Managing risks, issues, and the schedule all together effortlessly while at the same time being a central repository for any and all project artifacts. Again, great tool.

We have been very pleased with Workfront. They have been very attentive to our needs. When there are issues we can talk to someone and they respond fast. They are also asking us for our opinion on upcoming features. I really feel they are listening to us as a customer.

Our team is still excited about WorkFront even after implementation. We are currently evaluating the agile pieces to consider moving over from Jira.

Great product that manage workflows and supports change management processes. I do think it could benefit for more project management depth to support larger projects.

Like any off-the-shelf tool, it will never fulfill 100% of your needs. Workfront comes close. We manage projects and service requests for our team in Workfront and it's been instrumental in providing reports for governance and structure for our team.
