I had implemented four work management solutions prior to Workfront. Where Workfront stood out at at first glance was robust functionality, flexibility and scalability. As our use evolved, from a single department implementation to cross-organization implementation with multi-platform integration, the level of support and accessibility from the Workfront team and the Workfront user community is not something I've seen anywhere else. This level of support and events like LEAP and local user group meetings play a huge role in the ongoing evolution of our WF instance so that it is a 'living' thing that matches the evolution of our organization.

Workfront has made a real difference in our project management. We now have visibility to all projects that are being worked on. When I run into issues, the Workfront team is quick to respond and help me resolve any issues. I would recommend Workfront to help manage workflow within any company.

I used Workfront at my former job and liked it so much that I badgered my current employer into implementing it. I've often said that I couldn't do my job without Workfront so I'm thrilled to be getting back into it. While Workfront can be a bit of a struggle to get the hang of at first, I've found it to be far superior to any project management alternatives I've explored.

Workfront is a great project management tool. The user interface is simple but sleek. Functionality is always advancing, and Workfront is staying ahead of the game by investing in features that are beneficial for all types of clients. We have been using Workfront in our organization for about 5 years and are very satisfied!

All of our Marketing teams are using Workfront so that we have a 360 view and collaboration across our departments. Everyone can monitor projects in real-time and track progress - from requests through to delivery. (e.g. POS) We have been using it since 2014, so we now have an archive of projects that we refer to daily!

I love Workfront. We implemented it mid-2017, but then I went to LEAP 2018 and drank the Kool-Aid. I'm the lead system admin for our instance. I find myself geeking out every day. People come to me with questions about how to do something; problems they can't figure out. I love being able to dive into Workfront and sort it out. Logging in as the user - seeing it from their eyes - is priceless. And when I can't figure it out, I go to the Help pages and to the Community to find answers. The Workfront Community is amazingly supportive, and I have been trying to devote some time to support my peers there. Workfront Rocks!

Workfront is a great web-based project management platform. It is well-designed, and the company continues to make updates to improve it's platform and does not just sit on their hands for one annual update. It is very easy to link projects, manage workflows, the reporting is intuitive, and much more. In addition, asset management is streamlined with ability to house documents within projects, or as my company does for larger programs that span multiple projects, create an actual Document Repository project that can be used across multiple boards. The community is very engaged and admins and project managers can speak together to help figure out the more advanced parts of the platform and how to help arrive at the endpoint your are searching for, wherever possible. They have phenomenal integration with other platforms, with options to have full DAM and more, but each add on increases the price (naturally). Even as they develop, they tend to have beta areas and accept feedback to continue to improve before they launch something that would impact the entire platform.
