Initially, this company was promising. But over time, it became more evident their heart is in the money instead of providing exceptional service to its paying customers. The first straw is getting rid of the nights/weekends plan and only limiting visits to daytime, 8 times per month. The next is raising prices for all the plans, despite events being lackluster. The third is not enforcing policy to keep customers happy.
