I paid for the trial. I emailed and asked for a cancellation. I was charged 39.99. I emailed w no reply. No one has helped me. This site is a scam. I just wanted help training my dog.

This is the MOST HORRIFIC experience I have ever had. I signed up on the website. I am NOT able to log in. I am not able to use the app. I am NOT able to cancel my subscription. Woofz keep on deducting money off my bank account. I am NOT getting help from the support email. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBE

I thought their training sounded good from Facebook ad. First Error. I signed up for one month (2nd error) - using PayPal. TO MY SHOCK - the charge they put through was double the amount AND was in USD. I IMMEDIATELY asked for a refund. I didn’t even register an account or access ANY of their services. My refund request was within - I am guessing - 30 minutes of PayPal processing the payment. You have to watch out for these people VERY CAREFULLY. They had also set up recurring payments in the high amount. Thankfully I thought about that and shut that down. I wrote them and explained-and wrote and wrote and wrote. But they OFFICIOUSLY crossed their arms - shook their heads and said NO REFUNDS. EVER. PERIOD. THAT was what they call “customer service”. I call it EXTREMELY SHADY BUSINESS ETHICS. Actually, I don’t think they know what “Ethics” are!! BEWARE.
