For over a week I have gone in circles trying to access the training course I paid for. Once logged in I was referred to a mandatory first training step requiring another payment before even accessing any training.

Complete scam of a company - I paid for a tutorial from woofz.com not being aware that the “academy” is going to charge every month a substantial fee. When realising that it is a complete scam, I contacted support and requested a cancellation, which they confirmed by email. I recently reviewed my account and found they charged the next two months a considerable amount.the instructions through Google how to cancel are wrong as they have no option for cancelling the subscription online. Keep away from these scammers. I will do everything possible now to raise awareness of these scammers through social media platforms.

Total scam company. I paid $19 for an app and a few months later, after zero emails or communications, and no way to log in to their web site I get a $95 charge out of the blue. Absolute fraud. Chargeback coming

They charge you for things you didn’t sign up for then refuse to refund. They could not produce proof that I signed up for the extra $30 AI charge but still wouldn’t refund it. Scam of a company. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Es una app que te engañan para que piques y luego te empiezan a cobrar repetidamente cantidades que no has comprado y no hay forma que respondan. Tratas de entrar en la app y te dicen que eres cliente desconocido pero ya te han cobrado varias veces los mismos importes. Si no soy cliente reconocido para pedir explicaciones, por qué si lo soy para efectuar cobros? No son fiables y con la gente mayor se aprovechan de su confianza. Además aunque ponen que el idioma que usas puede ser el español, cuando los contactas te responden SIEMPRE en inglés. Cuidado y no confíes en estos gestores de engaños. Solo quieren cobrarte

I’m trying to add my wife as part of the family that’s training the dog. The system doesn’t work, there is no customer service, and I’ve yet to hear from somebody back from my email.

Very frustrating. Firstly they took my payment and was never able to log on to app. Then they took an extra payment for something I didn’t want. A complaint asking for refund of all monies and subscription cancellation resulted in….a refund for additional item an extension to the initial month ( I still couldn’t log in) and CONFIRMATION of subscription cancellation. 1 month later they have taken another £50 out of my account without permission for the subscription and the add on item - which I never wanted. Another email sent asking for my money back. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Vorsicht Betrug! Ich hatte im Dezember zu einem Abo hier zugeschlagen zu 9,15€ welches mir angeboten wurde als 75% off (konstant 75%off-nicht nur Probezeit etc!!). Kündigung zu jedem Monat möglich. Von Anfang an wurden mir aber die 100% von 36,59€ abgebucht. Nichtmal einmal die Erste Abbuchung war zu 9,15 - von Anfang an wurden 36,59€ abgebucht. In meinem Plan steht immernoch (9 Monate später), dass mein Plan 9,15€ sei mit einer 75%igen Vergünstigung. Ich habe mich nun an den Kundendienst gewendet und es ist sehr schwer hier zu kommunizieren. Es ist klar, man spricht hier mit AI. Dieser gibt nun an, dass ich eine Trial Woche zu 6,49€ gebucht hätte und ab dann wäre es der normale Preis. Das aber in meinem plan nicht so wieder gegeben wird. Zudem wird behauptet, dass die 9,15€ nur ein Angebot wären, falls ich das Abo verlängere, was ich ja jeden tag tue bei einem monatlich kündbaren Vertrag. Ich sehe ich bin hier nicht die Einzige mit dieser Erfahrung. Lohnt sich nicht der Stress!
