They are continuing to charge me $59.99 every 3 months. The first charge was a surprise and they told me they canceled it so it wouldn't happen again. 3 months later they took another $59.99. I have emailed multiple times with no reply and also tried using their chat bot on their website. Avoid getting involved with this app. It's more stress than it's worth. I'll be calling my bank to report fraud since the last withdrawal was not authorized.

Hi Amanda! Upon starting a subscription (be it Premium or a free trial), it will renew automatically until you opt to cancel. We always advise of this fact on the purchase screen. You can manage/cancel the subscription in your Apple ID/Play settings or by contacting support if you purchased your subscription directly from us. It looks like we're already in touch with you via email to resolve the issue you're facing!
