ABSOLUTE SCAM! After trying everything I could in the app to see if I was on a subscription, there is no way to know. I've have over $300.00 in charges and the only way I could cancel was by finally emailing the company. 3 charges of $94.85, with no notification via the app or email. This is such an unacceptable business model. Get our info and never let us know that we are being charged, and that amount of money every 12 weeks, I could not be more mad at myself that I didn't catch this sooner. They only want to sh*t on their customers... No more apps for me.

For any future Woofz subscribers, please do not purchase their app. I have had nothing but problems since the minute I signed on. I believe that the app is more of a scam than helpful, and does not offer adequate information for most dogs with issues. Signing in has been troublesome and trouble shooting useless. Do not waste your resources buying this app. Worst decision I have ever made and they refuse to refund my initial purchase. I cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase. Buyer beware!

This is a scam. Paid for premium training session and received nothing. Customer service is non existent. I had to challenge the charge thru my CC to stop the subscription charges. Don't trust this co.
