Dies ist eine gängige Praxis bei vielen bekannten Apps wie Spotify oder YouTube, bei denen Nutzer über mehrere Plattformen (z. B. Web- oder App-Stores) unabhängig voneinander Abonnements abschließen können. Jedes Abonnement erfordert eine separate Verwaltung durch den Benutzer.

 Leider wurde Ihr App-Store-Abonnement gekündigt, während das Web-Abonnement aktiv blieb, was zu den fortgesetzten Gebühren führte.

You can cancel your subscription anytime directly through the app by navigating to Profile Tab (dog icon on the top left of the main screen) > Settings (cogwheel icon) > Manage Subscription. Alternatively, you can use this direct link: https://account.woofz.com/ to access your account and cancel your plan. It seems that during the subscription process, your email wasn't properly linked, which led to difficulties logging in and accessing your account. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. To resolve this, we have issued a refund for the two most recent payments. You can expect the refunds to appear in your account within 5-10 business days. Additionally, we've extended your subscription by 12 months at no cost, so you can explore your training plan properly without further charges.
