We prompt our customers to cancel the subscription themselves in their Woofz account, which is more efficient than waiting for an answer from support. When signing up for the trial, the subscription is set to automatically renew unless it’s canceled, as clearly stated during the purchase process. This ensures users have uninterrupted access to the app’s features. We’d also like to clarify that we did not refund the trial amount. If a subscription is canceled during the trial period, no additional charges are applied. However, if the cancellation process isn’t completed, the subscription remains active, and the plan automatically renews as agreed upon at sign-up.
