Hello Maria, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must be. When a subscription is started, it automatically renews until it is canceled, as stated during the purchase process. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the app's profile settings at any time. We are sorry you didn't receive support from us. Please reach out to us again at [email protected] with the subject line "Woofz.Review," so we can identify you and prioritize your request to provide a refund and clarify all the necessary details as quickly as possible.

Hello Jeanne, Thank you for your honest feedback and for recognizing the effort behind Woofz. We understand that the app’s swiping interface might feel a bit simplistic or require extra steps before reaching the training videos. Our goal is to provide an engaging, step-by-step experience that guides you and your dog through each stage of learning with clear video tutorials and positive reinforcement techniques. Many users find that once they reach the actual training part, the videos and interactive features make the process more enjoyable and effective. We appreciate your patience and hope Woofz helps make training rewarding for you and your furry friend! If you have any questions or need support, we’re here to help at [email protected] 💕🐶
