Hello Sherry,  We are sorry you are experiencing troubles! It sounds like you are not logged into your account, which is why the app is prompting you for payment again. You can definitely close this banner by tapping the X button on the top left corner of the view and logging in to your existing account.   We can also ask you to add some additional details, such as the transaction date, the last four digits of your card, and another email in cases where the provided email didn't match the information we've previously received from you, and we weren't able to find such an account in our database. It will help to investigate your case more deeply and provide more accurate support. Hope for your cooperation, and will be waiting for your answer to solve your request.

When a subscription is started, it automatically renews until it is canceled, as stated during the purchase process. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the app's profile settings at any time. You can always cancel your subscription directly in the app by going to Profile Settings > Manage Subscription.
