The tips I received from Woofz really helped me get my puppy off to a good start! She’s a stubborn little thing, but we’re getting there! I don’t think I could’ve gotten this farwithout their guidance!

There is a lot of content in the Woofz app - from training advice and exercises to grooming tips and health tracking. It's up to the user to be diligent and to follow the prompts that the app offers, but by keeping up with it the program you and your pet should progress.

The app has a lot of good information and will guide you through training you dog. Although the link I was given at checkout only went to Apple and not Google Play store. I had to hunt for the app myself. If find the app a little slow and sometimes have to restart it to get the home screen to show up. Once I get into it, the information is good and has been helpful in connecting with my pup.

Hello Sharon, Thank you for the kind words, and we're glad the guidance has been helpful in connecting with your pup! We're sorry the checkout link only pointed to the Apple App Store and that you had to hunt for the app on Google Play, and we apologize for the slow loading and home screen issue. We'll pass both points to our team. If the app keeps needing a restart, please reach out to [email protected] with your device model and app version so we can look into it.

A new user so my experience is limited. It is easy to use and I like the daily reminder to do a short training exercise with my puppy. I also have used the chat function for additional advice.

Cancelación clara y seguimiento de la misma sin problemas. Pero si compro en castellano quiero el producto en castellamo. No tener que ir traduciendo todo.
Response from WoofzSep 29, 2026
Hi Cio, Thank you for the feedback, and glad the cancellation process was clear and hassle-free! Regarding the language: we do offer Spanish within the app, so you shouldn't need to translate anything. Please reach out to us at [email protected], so we can look into why you're seeing English content and get this sorted out for you.

It’s simple to comprehend. It’s common sense stuff that I don’t think you can think of all of the different aspects. I guess getting a dog one thinks they will just fall in line and that’s not the case. This helps rein them in and keep their minds active and obedient.

Hi Deb, thanks for the rating! We're glad you're enjoying Woofz, but it feels like we might be missing a little something to make it perfect for you. If you have a moment to share what would make it a 5-star experience in your eyes, we'd love to hear it at [email protected].

The woofz app has been very helpful so far to help me understand and do easy training with both of my dogs. I want to ensure I have more time to leave a full honest review before giving 5 stars, but I like the interactive portions of the app and the functionality of usage of the app interface: sounds, clicker, 1:1 support (paid feature), and other courses to try!
Response from WoofzSep 27, 2026
Hi Rae Mari, thank you for the good rating! We hope you're having as much fun with the lessons as your pup is. And we're always here if you need a tip or two.
