Hello Tammie! Kindly note that once you start a Premium or a Free trial subscription with us, it will auto-renew until you cancel. We provide a clear warning about this on the purchase screen. According to your request, you've purchased our product through the Google Play service. Note that only you personally can manage your own subscriptions. We don't have access to your Google Play accounts and thus cannot make any changes remotely. All necessary instructions regarding cancellation and refund requests were sent to you.
