I gave a negative review after not using the app and finding my account debited two months later. It did take some time to actually “talk” to a representative from Woofz but once she contacted and explained that they had discussed my case and would refund my money. It took about a week but the refund was sent to my bank account and deposited today! If you don’t cancel your account within the first 30 days, as stated in their comments when registering they will charge you for the time you’ve been a member.

£74.93 taken from my account for pet care premium something I didn't sign up for Still no response after more than 24hrs Typical online company who take monies and chance that you won't chase to get it back. I only signed up and paid for puppy training nothing else. And I only used it once TRUE TO THEIR WORD WOOFZ HAVE REFUNDED ME. THANK YOU FOR NO HAZZLE REFUND.

I really like the step by step information along with the videos of the person demonstrating the trick or command. It makes it easy to know what to do and what to expect from your dog. Also I was able to add my husband and I can show my daughter what to do and because there needs to be so many times it’s taught and worked on before mastery it isn’t like the dog will only know it with one person

Hello Elizabeth, Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that the step-by-step instructions and demonstration videos are making training clear and manageable for you. It’s fantastic that you’re able to involve your whole family; adding your husband and sharing with your daughter truly helps create a consistent training environment, which is so important for your dog’s success. You’re absolutely right—repetition with multiple family members helps your dog master commands more effectively. We’re so happy Woofz is making training a fun and collaborative experience for your family! If you ever need more tips or support, we’re here for you. 😊🐾
