Subscribed for the one month plan and you have been charging me monthly! Please refund me ASAP. This is a scam…in addition you can’t log in to your web profile to even cancel or check your account! AVOID - absolute scam and waste of money for the initial 6 week plan anyway. I've been trying to cancel subscription through e-mail absolutely no response and then have been charged again for an app I DONT USE. They just keep charging me and no one will contact me back! Updated - still no refund! Updated again - Email sent and days later and STILL NO CONTACT OR REFUND! Another update - still not been fully refunded.

I tried to sign up with the free app which costed $15. Somehow it got linked to an email I do not use even though they contacted me on the one I registered with. Therefore I cannot create an account and I have email them three different times, no word back. The phone number that came up for them is not a phone number.

Very generic training info, joined on special offer, wasn’t clear would be a recurring monthly payment, cancelled account and emailed but no one replied despite saying would reply in 24 hours, has been 13 days now. Multiple follow up emails and no response.

Great at first but didn’t get the 50% I was suppose to So double charged we are in Canada and was charged in USD so very expensive

Last year, I bought the 1 year package for $40, and cancelled it right after. Now, I check my bank account, and it has removed $40.

I chose 7days subscription as trial, forgot to cancel subscription then got charged for 30days subscription, I don’t really like this app, don’t want to continue, stopped using it since then, contacted support team to request refund but got no feedback, resent the emails twice…can’t find any phone contact If I can’t get a refund, At the least they should give me a feedback? I don’t mind if I got charged for another 7 days due to I forgot to cancel subscription but how can they charged 30days, I chose a 7days plan…I just used them for 3 days…if it’s about terms and conditions, they could charged me for a year subscription automatically? If I can’t get refund then I learnt a lesson for paying 37days for 3 days usage

Money taken out of my account without my knowledge first last year and was told they couldn't refund it but they would let me use the app for last year and get this year free, Great I thought so never thought about it Until today when I had a message from my bank saying Money had been taken out, not only today but also in April May &June all around the £45 I didn't sign up for this tried to cancel but no response yet. As per the reply I have never received any correspondence from anyone at Woofz and yes I have checked my spam and bin yet still nothing from them. If they have no record of my subscription how can they take money out of my bank?

Even after complaining via here then getting a useless email from the support team, I am still without a refund. They seem to just give you the same answer over again of how to cancel your subscription, which is what I did soon after signing up. It does not state anywhere about money. Even 2 days into signing up and having a 7 day trial they attempted to take over £40 out of my bank account, luckily I do not keep much in my current account and move it out of my savings when I need it. But 3 days ago, as soon as transferred money into my account to pay for something else, Woofz took £39.49, and that was with me cancelling my subscription. It is absolute fraud, and they continue to take money. I would be very careful of signing up. I will continue to leave bad reviews until I get my money back. Again another comment about the support team contacting me, which they have and have not asked for additional information, but to tell me how to cancel my subscription, which I had already done. No help at all to me. I just want my money back.
