This company will offer you a discount off a certain amount of time, then without an email or notice charge you a full years worth. When you contact them, they simply refuse to refund you. I have not used this service in months, yet got charged 85.00 Canadian. Disgraceful company who will simply steal your money and tell you there is nothing they will do to fix it. Like it or not. Move on to a better app. The app sucks BTW which is why I stopped using it, and absolutely the WORST customer service. If I could give this a negative star I would.

I signed up and paid for for a week's trial. It didn't suit me so I deleted the app. A week later a monthly subscription fee was deducted from my bank account without warning. There must be an automatic sign up somewhere in the week's trial that I didn't see. Very sneaky.

This company are scammers! Don’t believe on here when they say they’ll initiate a refund. Refusing a refund to me of £153.66 said I’ve only paid £99. Bank statement sent, said no refunds are issued. Who pays that for an app, wasn’t clear it was a subscription just a free trial. You can get a one on one with a dog trainers in the UK for much less. The replies on here from support are untrue that they initiate the refund process. My bank in the Uk are now launching an investigation of fraud against this company. I HAVE REACHED OUT AND YOU DON’T REPLY!

I have canceled my subscription and they have charged me $99 again and won’t stop charging me!!

Everything they show you, you can find in a book. You also cannot cancel without calling the bank and shutting down your card. Don’t waste your money.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I paid for the trial, but was never able to actually try it, as the site kept telling me I had to pay. I tried reaching out to support. After several emails (a week later) I got a response that it was because I didn’t create an account and to please follow the personalized link to do so. That did not work, and as before I got the page asking me for money. I responded to that email with my result. I received another email (almost another week later) now saying it was because my account was deactivated. As I understand, it was because I deactivated automatic payments going forward. It’s been 2 weeks since I paid… This thing is a scam to get money out of you. Stay away from it.

I payed 15.95 for trial and have been charged 38.95 a month for the last 7 months without saying I wanted to continue scammers
