Let’s start with the basics – we love dogs. And this love is what forms the foundation of Woofz. It’s what informs every decision we make as a team and as a business. Without love, we’d never be able to build the world’s first dog training app that’s 100% dog-centric.

Signed up for one month and was enjoying the app but just had £78.96 taken from my account for the next months subscription. . Would never have signed up had I known it was this expensive. No email warning of deduction or that trial period was ending in any emails.

Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused. We completely understand how upsetting it can be to receive an unexpected charge, especially when the details of auto-renewal weren’t clear.
Please note that our subscription terms are disclosed on the purchase screen right before you complete your purchase. We encourage our users to carefully read all conditions before deciding to join our Premium subscription. We apologize if these details were not communicated clearly. As per our process, the subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the end of the trial period, and this should be mentioned during sign-up.
Please reach out to our support team directly at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we’re here to help!

I just wanted the public to be aware of…
I just wanted the public to be aware of their ads - every ad that I see while on social media or playing my game apps, advertise they are free- free today- free for seniors- the list goes on, and it isn’t the case, it’s just to make you click on their ads only to find out , there is a charge and they state that if not satisfied, they’ll issue a refund.. but they have already stated their app is free = false advertising and click bait. How can I trust them to refund my money if not satisfied - I took over 25 screenshots of all their ads claiming free! But no where to upload here. But I have them to prove my point and when I asked them about this, they just said well, we explain all of this at point of checkout! (I have this email from them ) That’s a little too late! False advertising should be against any moral obligation to potential customers! It’s a lie no matter how you look at it!
Replying to woofs reply: this is the exact response I received in thru email ! Their ads must certainly do deceive nowhere in the ad when it comes on your screen does it say anything about pay after 30 days you get a refund nothing it says free free free. I have 12 screenshots that I could show you guys I’m not saying they’re not good etc.. I’m just saying they’re very misleading and flat out lie in the main ad that you click on it says nothing about paying anything. It says free free today. Another one says free to seniors. I have 12 screenshots saved, and nowhere does it say there’s a cost until you click on that ad- that my friend is false advertising and what they call click bait

Hello Lori,
Thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand your frustration, and we truly apologize for any confusion caused by the ads you’ve seen. We want to clarify that while we do offer a free limited version of the app, we also provide a 30-day challenge with a refund option once the challenge is completed (the Terms are disclosed as a banner through all the onboarding interview, and we don't hide this info). A free limited version is available by simply closing the paywall after downloading Woofz, and we offer a free trial through the App Store.
Our intention is never to mislead anyone, and we’re sorry if the ads gave that impression. We strive to be transparent with our pricing, and we’re grateful for your feedback, which will help us improve how we communicate our offers. If you have any concerns about the charges, please feel free to reach out to our support team at [email protected], and we will do everything we can to assist you.
Thank you for your understanding.

Hello Ronni,
Thank you for taking the time to share your insights. At Woofz, we put customers first, and your feedback is invaluable. We've noted your input and will explore ways to incorporate it into our app's future. Stay tuned for what's in store!
Their program was not a good fit for both my dog and myself. When I signed up for the training, it was very unclear that it was a subscription service and you would automatically be billed. I canceled it as soon as I realized it was a subscription, but still they charged .

It’s like trying to learn from a baby book - I don’t need information presented to me in limited chunks.

Hi Karen,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that different learning styles work for different people, and we’re sorry to hear that the way the content is presented didn’t meet your needs. Our goal is to provide clear and digestible training in small chunks, but we recognize that some users may prefer more in-depth content all at once.
We truly appreciate your input, and we’ll take this into consideration as we continue to improve the app’s learning experience. If you ever need additional support or prefer a different approach, we’re always here at [email protected] to help!
