Let’s start with the basics – we love dogs. And this love is what forms the foundation of Woofz. It’s what informs every decision we make as a team and as a business. Without love, we’d never be able to build the world’s first dog training app that’s 100% dog-centric.

Very sneaky. I signed up for a one time deal and unknowingly ended up with a non refundable subscription that cost me almost $100 by the time I figured it out. Customer service has refused to give me a refund.
Update: they’ve agreed to refund half my money.

Hello Robert,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must have been to feel caught off guard by the subscription. All pricing and renewal terms are shown during sign-up, but we’ll keep working to make this clearer. We’re glad a partial refund was arranged, and we truly appreciate your feedback, it helps us improve both our communication and support.

Signed up for the trial and now totally scammed
Signed up for the trial , found the app not helpful for training my dogs. Even worse there was no notification I was about to be charged nearly £100 and now you can’t get hold of them ! I continuously send a message for 2/3 later be asked for a review with no one contact regarding a refund! They can clearly see I’ve not used the app and won’t respond regarding getting my money back ! Absolute awful customer service. Be very careful and don’t waste your money

I do not recommend this online dog…
I do not recommend this online dog training as they keep increasing the subscription each month without notification.
I started with the affordable trial then after trial period ended, they charged normal price which was still affordable and now after increasing more than $85, that becomes dodgy. I have cancel both subscription and perhaps can get my money back. This is not worth of training if this type of scams continues. Normal dog training in person is much more reasonable than this scam pet training. -*I wished there’s 0 star rating for this apps, but I guess I’ve been generous enough to give this scam 1 star! Additionally, this scammer just took another payment out without my consent in two days. I want my money back!!! For the record, I’ve cancelled every conceivable things and stopped using your scamming mechanism.

No Renewal Notice, Early Charge, No Refund
I signed up for Woofz thinking I had a 30-day trial, only to be charged a day early with no email warning. When I asked for a refund, support hid behind fine print, claimed renewals happen “automatically,” and pushed me off to PayPal instead of taking responsibility. They also require you to cancel 24 hours before renewal, which feels like a deliberate trap. This is not how an honest business treats customers. If you do try Woofz, keep your guard up but honestly, I’d avoid it altogether.

Hello there!
We’re truly sorry for your experience and completely understand your frustration. Our goal is to be transparent, not to cause confusion or make cancellations difficult. All subscription details (ncluding the auto-renewal process and the requirement to cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date) are displayed during the purchase process and outlined in our Terms of Use (https://www.woofz.com/terms-of-use/).
For payments processed through third parties like PayPal, refunds must be handled via that provider, which is probably why our team directed you there.
If you still need any more clarifications, feel free to reach out to us back again!

Stay Away & try others
Dog-centric. I guess I would like a definition of that seeing as Woofz is trying to use that as a marketing description.
As for me,
I tried to sign up a couple different times, my problems usually. The last time I got through the screens, paid and thought, Yes, we’re ready to go.
I got part way into the screens to answer questions about the dog I was going to train and they wanted to sell me something more with no option for ‘NO THANKS’.
I stopped & wrote Customer Service explaining what I was running into. BUT, I’ve never heard back.
In fact when I was purchasing my package I did it when they’ve been advertising just today, only today, you can take the course for FREE. Hurry because it’s only for today! (They’re still advertising that deal - I see their various ads on lots of apps I go into and lots of times it’s advertising the free course, or, if you’ve already bought their package, they’re sorry, and they’ll give you a refund with some other information.)
WOW, what a deal. But when you get into the payment information they nicely tell you that ‘FREE’ part is only after you complete the course and if you complete goals they have set. If you don’t reach the goals then you don’t get the classes for FREE.
They offered something extra that I was willing to pay for (I think it was an added amount for tricks or something) and I selected it when I bought the package. I was willing to pay for that and that went on the original bill where I paid for the class but to add something in the middle of asking questions about what training my dog already knows and not allowing a way to say ‘no thanks’, that’s wrong.

Hello there!
We’re sorry for the misunderstanding, and we completely understand how this situation may have been unexpected. We genuinely appreciate the opportunity to clarify.
Our advertisements highlight key features and promotions, but all subscription details, including pricing and renewal terms, are outlined during the purchase process. We also encourage users to review our Terms of Use (https://www.woofz.com/terms-of-use/) before completing a purchase, as they provide full transparency on billing and subscription policies.
In the case of the promotion you mentioned, the banner on our website explains that you’ll be refunded after completing a 30-day challenge. This means the first month will be free if you follow every step of the training program. We also offer optional products during onboarding that you can choose to skip.
We’d really like to understand your specific experience in more detail. Please write to us at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) with the subject line "Woofz.Review". We can confirm that messages to customer support are not ignored, and we want to ensure yours reaches the right recipient.

They promoted its free but turns out…
They promoted its free but turns out they charged me 99 USD per month WITHOUT ANY NOTICE! It’s a scam! They promoted its free so I thought it’s worth for a try. But they just suddenly charge me! The app isn’t helpful at all and the worst thing is they didn’t mention the terms at all! I will not recommend to anyone. It’s a SCAM!!!’
