Woofz has been one of the best purchases I’ve made since bringing home my puppy. The training is broken down into simple, easy-to-follow steps, making it really straightforward to teach new commands and build good habits. The daily lessons are engaging, and I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my puppy’s obedience, confidence, and behaviour in a relatively short time. I also love that the app covers much more than basic commands, with advice on puppy behaviour, socialisation, and common training challenges. It’s like having a professional dog trainer available whenever you need one. If you’re getting a new puppy or looking to improve your dog’s training, I’d highly recommend Woofz. It’s been a fantastic investment and has made training enjoyable for both me and my dog.

I’ve just started the program with my 5 dogs (3 German Shepherds, 1 Dingo, 1 leopard catahoula). We have knowledge of some of the basics. But the really cool part is you get to go back and review those steps with you fur baby and make them feel so loved and praised instead of just being in trouble. I have an aggressive dog, and sometimes the negative takes over because of behavior. But I was reminded today, to always leave a training session on a positive note, because my dog has feelings and emotions that she is trying to tell me if I will just watch and listen. I am in love with the is program so far!

I put this at 5 stars, so people can see why there are 1 stars! I would NOT RECOMMEND using Woofz, they have a nice site, kind of decent program. However, when it comes to subscription monies - they are terrible with their customers! Before you commit to this product you should check out all the 1 Star reviews - these are real experiences. They do not actually reply, their AI robot does, and they will absolutely not give a refund under any circumstance even if they said that they cancelled your subscription and they actually didn't. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!!!!!

Hello Hanson! Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We're truly sorry to hear that your experience has been frustrating. We always strive to make our subscription terms as clear and transparent as possible, but we understand that there's still room for improvement. Your feedback is valuable, and we'll make sure to share it with our team as we continue refining the experience. I can also see that your case is already under review. Please allow our team a little more time to investigate it thoroughly—we'll get back to you as soon as possible with an update. Thank you for your patience.
