Don’t get caught out by further charges after 7 days
Signed up for the basic plan and was charged $10.66AUD which I agreed to. However a further $59.10AUD was charged only 7 days later without me even using the app or progressing with any training. Buyer beware - the state the subscription fee is displayed on the purchase screen, but obviously not clearly. Also why would I want to spend a further $60 when I’ve not even progressed with any of the features my initial payment covered. Would not recommend.

The $10.66 AUD was for the initial trial, and the $59.10 AUD was the subscription renewal that followed. While these details are shown during sign-up and in our Terms of Use, we understand it may not have felt clear enough. To make things right, we’ve already processed a refund for the renewal.
